The sixth generation WF multi-function leak tester integrates direct pressure, differential pressure, flow and helium detection technologies. Multi-channel leak tester
WF sixth-generation multi-channel leak tester - WaFu Brothers' 15-year-long ingenuity to create an efficient airtightness testing solution, supports differential pressure, flow, direct pressure and other testing methods, and can simultaneously perform high-precision (1Pa), ultra-fast (3 seconds) airtightness and IPX waterproof testing on multiple products. It is widely used in the automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical and other fields, with excellent micro-leakage detection capabilities to ensure that the product's sealing performance is 100% up to standard!
HF-Flow detector
HF series sixth generation air tightness tester - with high-precision flow sensor as the core, it adopts instantaneous flow loss algorithm to directly measure air permeability, leakage rate and air leakage value without relying on test volume or leakage rate conversion. It is specially designed for IPX4-IPX6 waterproof test and workpiece flowability detection, suitable for rapid and accurate detection of products such as infusion tubes, capillary copper tubes, waterproof breathable membranes, etc., helping to improve both production efficiency and quality!
Cabinet air tightness test
The cabinet-type leak tester is the "all-around guard" of automobile engine cover inspection. It can automatically detect whether the screw collar is missing, and can also accurately test the sealing of the entire engine cover, strictly guard the protection level, and has its own fully automatic laser marking machine, with clear and efficient markings. What's more, the host computer automatically saves all test data and seamlessly connects to the MES system to achieve efficient circulation of production information. Direct Pressure Leak Tester
The fourth generation of Washington Brothers direct pressure air tightness tester adopts high-precision direct pressure detection technology, which can quickly complete air tightness, IPX waterproof level and leakage detection, with a detection accuracy of ±1Pa. This equipment is widely used in high-end manufacturing fields such as automobiles (engine/air conditioning system detection), aerospace (aircraft component sealing test), consumer electronics (mobile phone/tablet waterproof test), and medical devices (syringe/airbag sealing verification). It can complete non-destructive testing in 3-5 seconds, and the test data is traceable. It is an ideal solution to improve product quality control efficiency.
Differential Pressure Leak Tester
The fifth-generation differential pressure leak tester from Washington Brothers uses compressed air as the medium and accurately detects pressure changes through a high-sensitivity sensor to achieve non-destructive and efficient air tightness testing. Why Do Leak Testers Show Inconsistent Results?
Inconsistent leak test results may be caused by the following key factors, requiring systematic investigation:
1. Equipment Factors
- Sensor drift: Pressure/flow sensors experience accuracy degradation over time (recommend calibration every 6 months)
- Seal aging: O-ring/valve seal wear causes additional leakage (sealing test error up to 15%)
- Insufficient sampling rate: Below 100Hz sampling rate may miss peak data in dynamic leak testing
2. Testing Method Issues
- No temperature compensation: 1℃ temperature change causes 0.3% measurement deviation
